Printing a document properties summary page at the end of each print job confuses many people. It prints out File name, Directory, Template, Title, Subject, Author, Keywords, Comments, Creation date, Change Number, Last Saved On, Last Saved By, Total Editing Time, Last Printed On, As of Last Complete Printing, Number of Pages, Number of Words, and Number of characters. Most of the users of word feel irritated after wasting their one paper for merely printing the unwanted information. Here is the easy solution for avoiding the printing of document properties.
1. Click the 'Print' option in File.
2. Click 'Options' (bottom-left corner of the print window)
3. Untick 'Print document properties' section.
4. Click OK.
