59TH NATIONAL FILM AWARDS/NATIONAL FILM AWARDS 2011- COMPLETE LIST OF WINNERS National Film Award Winners List.

59th National Film Awards/ National Film Awards 2011 declared on March 7, 2012 by the Information and Broadcast Minister Ambika Soni. The Best Film Award has been shared by the Kannada film ‘Byaari’ and Marathi film ‘Deool’. Girish Kulkarni bagged the Best Actor award for the movie ‘Deool’ while Vidya Balan has been adjudged the Best Actress for her performance in the film ‘the Dirty Picture’.
